I’ll post in order as they ripen my stable released varieties growing this year
First up is true Colours
Stable indeterminate potato leaf gwr bicolour heart.

True colours interior sliced.
Smooth and meaty texture, few seeds sweet rich flavour.
Bred selected and stabilized in my Canadian garden
About 75 DTM

And they taste every bit as good as they look Volvo. Karen has done some impressive breeding and selection work over the last few years. Most has made its way Down Under if you are interested.

, would i be one to say no to a good tasting Tomato lol..
Most of my patch has been cleared and new seedlings in for Spring Plantout if they survive our Summer up this way , mindyou still have enough to keep the Salad Bowl in use for awhile..

Looks like your tomatoes are heading to Queensland Karen, working on spreading the good stuff around Down Under

karen,

you certainly have the tomato breeding gift, a rainbow of color, and taste.
i haven't tried any of your creations yet, but intend to.
what i like is you are right in my grow range, not much farther north, but i
suspect a bit warmer than my area. i do enjoy the pictures.

Here mid Vancouver Island we enjoy a much milder climate than zone 3 Norton Edmonton first sure. Maritime temperate rainforest zone 7 but certainly not without its own challenges.
We do love it here though, rainy cold springs nothwithstading

?? , Bucketlist item when retired was Canada Alaska which we did . Buchart Gardens and the Rockies Did but those Bald Eagles Eluded us which was the only item missing out of the Cameras captures .

For tomatoes I start in the house the end of March, pot up and move seedlings to my small greenhouse in April. Plant out to the outdoor garden approx 20 of May. My big ones are ramping up about now and my plants will generally produce though September if it’s not too wet
Always depends on weather. I am in the middle of the east side of Vancouver Island, about 90 minutes north of the Butchart gardens.

I'm so happy to have found this thread! I'm growing Polaris and True Colours this season (I received both as plants at a local swap). At the start of the season, I could not find anything online about True Colours but I am thrilled with this tomato. Truly delicious and unique. So sweet and genuinely fruity but with a great tomato richness too. My husband and I both deemed it outstanding among the 30 or so varieties we've tasted from the garden so far this summer. Mine are a little greener than the photos I've found online FWIW.

ETA: When saving seeds this weekend I felt like each one I found was a precious jewel. So few seeds in each fruit, but I want to be sure to grow this again!
