Default Yellow... Weevil? Beetle?

Any ideas good or bad. I am not convinced it is a weevil but. I have never seen this before. It was on a petunia in my greenhouse.

it is not dead by the way. as soon as I moved it took the fetal position.

That looks a whole lot like a weevil.

I found it... guess what it is called?... yellow weevil. it looks like what I also saw as a rhubarb weevil. maybe the same thing?
