By they way that was the same route the Japanese bombed pearl harbor from.
Sounded like a bunch of tiny bombers and torpedo planes flying over.

Way awesome to hear and see, huh? I was waiting around for Kevin one day to go somewhere and I was getting impatient about how long he was taking... next thing I know there is a swarm moving from a hive into my stored supers in the shed.. It was the easiest "catch" I ever had.

One time when I was in the Marines there was a swarm that landed at the front door of the chapel in a bush.
People freaked out when I put my hand into the wad of bees.
Especially since this was the same time the movie ((The Swarm)) came out.

I put out some sugar water for my tea and already the pesky hummingbirds have started stealing it.
They ran off right before I took this picture.

We had one in our pine tree in AZ a couple of years ago while I was working in the garden. Seemed like a sci-movie. Very awesome!
Weird thing was that the spring training 10 miles away had to stop for a swarm and a place on the other side of Mesa had one at somebody's house that made the paper. All the same day.

I've watched this several times. We have so many European Honey Bees already. They've been in our backyard/tree for at least two decades. We recycle cola and orange soda cans. We put them in 30 gallon trash bags and the bees are always in them. Maybe I need to look into bee keeping as a source of income? It would be nice to bring home a paycheck again.

Pictures Today. The second picture is where I spilled sugar water on an outside table beside the BBQ pit.
