I had 10 eggplant plants this season and I picked alot of eggplants. How do yall store these? I lost some and had to give alot away. I would like to freeze them or something. Thanks in advance for any replies that I might get. __________________ Knows nothing about tomatoes, wants to learn everything about tomatoes.Wine Maker
