Default Do these oregano grow from seed?

Hello,
I'm looking for some seed for some specific oregano. I already grow the greek oregano (origanum herc.) but am looking for two different varieties of "Italian" oregano. So many labeled "italian" are the greek or origanum vulagare. What I am looking for are ''origanum x majoricum, and origanum x majoricum sicilain" I don't know if these will even grow from seeds or have to be grown from cuttings. Any information would be appreciated and if you know of a source for seeds or plants that give the actual scientific name so that you know what you are really ordering I would love to hear from you.
Thanks.

Italian oregano is a cross between oregano & marjoram, and to the best of my knowledge is only grown from cuttings. Searching for Mexican oregano several months ago I found this link:

Origanum x majoricum Italian Oregano

(Mexican O, also is only grown from cuttings, and these people have it also)
