Default MAGTAG Supplies

Hi, MAGTAGgers - I just did an inventory of the non-edible items lef tover from last year's festival, and we actually have most ot the supplies we need. Plenty of plastic cutl ery, trash bags, foil, cutting knives, Sharpies, and a corkscrew.

Here's what we still could use:

Paper Towels
Ballpoint Pens
Plastic Cups
Name Tags
More white plates for the tomato tasting

Also, my husband Dave will be there to set up, but he is leaving early to go to ComicCon to meet Stan Lee and have him sign his copy of Iron Man #1. So Dave won't be grilling this year. I suggest that anybody who wants to grill food, please supply burgers/dogs/whatever. I'm assuming the Gregs will be doing some grilling, and newbie Dave von Behren says he can flip hamburgers with his good arm (his other arm is in a cast). Also, Grillers - remember to bring some tools along!

I will once again provide fixin's for the BLT bar,and bring some wine.
Please let me know if you can help me out with some of these supplies.

Thanks, and here's hoping your tomatoes all ripen over the coming week!

Just thought of some other supplies we need - bottled water and soft drinks! And if anybody ended up with an extra cooler last year, it's probably mine.

That reminds me -- I have a couple of pounds of grass-fed hamburger in the freezer. I've never grilled in my life, though. Should I thaw & bring it? It really is wonderful.

I can pick up ballpoints and nametags. How many do you think we'll need?

Making cheesecake this afternoon.

Have a great party!

Christine,

I am already making hamburgers at this moment. I am also bringing sweet sausage. No need to add more hamburger at this time but the Cheesecake is great.

Shaggy Dog,

If you came you would be the farthest traveled. All that for a beer? :-)

'K, cheesecake is in process (the power went out for a few hours and has just come back on.) Strawberries will be on the side, as usual, so those who take it straight can dispense with the frills.

***It occured to me while the power was out that I won't be there until noon. That means nametags and pens won't be there until noon, either. If this is an issue, someone can pick some up & I will reimburse the cost and can easily return what I got today. (I have one of those Staples buttons.)

I'll check in here before I leave tomorrow morning. Someone let me know if I can stop on the way to pick up anything else. Buns??

Christine

P.S. Nicky, hop in the car and come on! Baltimore's just a mere skip down the interstate.
