It goes great with Caribbean food I find, with curry, allspice, cloves, and similar spices.

I've never heard of a pink habanero. That must have been a typo. I don't know
what variety of red habaneros you have tried, but mine are always very hot.

Probably referring to Peach Habanero. Some people call it pink. I received seeds for it in the swap a couple of years ago. They weren't labeled as being Peach, so I was surprised when I saw what color they turned out to be.

My mother years ago used a couple orange habanero's in her ground beef dish, which
had onions, garlic, diced potatoes, etc.. It did taste good...
I would prefer to grow a MOA scotch bonnet or Trinidad Scorpion Cardi.

I was hoping it was not a typo, because that would have been a pepper I had to get my hands on.
