Anyone know anything about Cotton and this prob??

Kids planted Cotton a little while back and all was well when it started to get warm...until....

This seemed to happen over the last week. Had water early in the week, then nice and warm. Bugs? Disease?

Yes, I see the little holes but was wondering if it was a specific bug. It's the curling leaves that I'm wondering about.
