wilted tomato plant responds to daily watering
Is this a disease or just a thirsty plant?

Sounds like a thirsty plant to me......
Water in the mornings to keep it from wilting. Be consistent (taking into account current temps) to prevent potential BER. Lee |

Funny thing is, it is planted among a bunch of other plants in the ground and is the only wilter.

Maybe the other plants are calling it names.

You living is SoCalifornia, or slightly north of SoCalif.
SoCalif has been having 90-105 Degress Heat for last 10 days. It mostly like thrist. I live in the heart of SoCalif and having similar problems. Some of my Tomatoes and Peppers looking to looked like it wilting. I just threw some water about 75 minutes ago and it already improving. With this 90+ weather for last 10 days, you will have some flower issues too. |
