I thought I had responded to this already. Anyway, I was willing to try my hand at corn again after several years of poor luck. Bad germination/pollination, smut, you name it. As it is, a gal at work bartered with me since her husband is a farmer and said she would supply me with all the corn I want if I share my eggs with her when the chickens start laying. I think that is fair, especially if I get enough for the freezer as well as fresh eating.
