I love NAR. I didn’t grow it last year but it’s back this year. It’s one of my favorites. Great tomato in my opinion.

hmm, it is best for warmer zones or zone 5 approves NAR as well? I sure could use some tasty red. Same for pinks here as well.

It has been an exceptional tomato year in my garden. I have 20 varieties and have decided that NAR is unequaled. As some have mentioned, this may change from year to year, but for now it is the best.

Another plus is it is one of those rare tomatoes that sets really well in the hottest weather. I have a red version of 1884 and Arkansas Traveler two others that have that ability year after year and all three are great tasting fairly large tomatoes.

It is an exceptional producer, and it has a pretty good taste too, however, I prefer Chapman and Red Barn for large red beefsteaks.

Loved it last year. It was later than many of my other varieties but the fruit was gorgeous, large and nearly blemish free. The only reason I didn't grow it again this year is I am actively growing out my stash to try new varieties.
