Default Making Sauce

Here's how to make sauce with too many watered down, tasteless tomatoes.....

Step 1: Chop up tomatoes and add to pot(s). (Save seeds before hand!)

Step 2: Cook down and remove skins.

Step 3: Separate skins/seeds in strainer.

Step 4: Cook liquid down to preferred thickness. (Add salt as needed)

Step 5: Fill storage containers, and refrigerate until needed for soup/sauce/freezing.

Enjoy,

Lee
