I had a cheese coney and cottage cheese with a diced tomato on top for supper.
I used to like crappie I dont know anymore.
What I used to eat as a kid I cant stand now and that is white bass.

White bass aren't nearly as good as crappie, but I find it pretty good if you cut out all of the red meat, seasoned cornmeal and fried. On crappie the meat is pure white and flaky. Very mild. I actually prefer it over walleye.

Worth, crappie is probably the best tasting fish not eaten as sashimi. Gut it and fry it whole. Yeah you can fillet it, but why kill the taste? I don't know if you get a winter vacation or not but you are welcomed here. We can do some crappie fishing at the lake that I walked in through droughts. That lake started in 1964 - the same year I was conceived. To me, that lake is part of me. Five generations of mine have fished in that lake, and every memory is a part of who I am.

I talked to my son this morning about fishing. They've made it illegal to camp at the local lake now. I wonder if that means you can't fish in a boat overnight too? It has been many years since I've been in a boat.

~~~
Today, I'm going to make a pasta dish with Linguine, a chicken breast, tomatoes and tomato sauce, onions - topped with Parmesan cheese. I know it has a name, but I don't remember what it is called?
When I push myself to do physical things - I forget names and such.
It is almost illegal to camp anywhere now days by a body of water unless you are away from the park area.
Too many low lifes have ruined it for us.
Fisherman park in Bastrop shuts down around 10 at night.
I think in the boat you are or should be okay.
Default The microwave egg.
Here is an attempt at an experimental egg.
Along with it is my homemade Canadian bacon and some toast.
The egg thing is two eggs and a dash of water whipped up.
It was put in an oiled ramekin and cooked in the microwave.
This was done by cooking for 15 seconds at a time let settle then again.
Finishing at 5 second bursts.
Came out nice and fluffy.
Interesting! Like a microwave soufflé.
Now you should try it with flavoring. Maybe use hot sauce instead of water?
I made a meatloaf last night and put it in the fridge for sandwiches. I love meatloaf sandwiches and had one before going to bed last night along with a glass of milk and warm peanut butter cookies, fresh out of the oven. I slept well.
Salt, I take it you will be targeting Catfish? My local fishing hole is
closed from 9pm-6am due to people partying and leaving their trash scattered about when they leave. It is a shame a few ruin it for so many. Even during the daytime the area draws some very seedy characters and I never go fishing there without being armed. Thankfully so far I haven't had a problem. But being an old man I am sure I would be viewed as a target to someone looking to do bad.
I look forward to hearing how the fishing goes!
Speaking of meat loaf I haven't had it in a coons age about 3 years I think.
Trying something new in the laboratory.
One pound of ground chuck.
One 14.75 ounce can of cream style corn.
About 6 dried up slices of bread crumbled up.
Black pepper.
Two jumbo eggs.
In the oven as we speak.
Nothing fancy.
Probably turn out the be a disaster.
It might help to turn the oven back on after drying the bread idiot.
