Varietal Name or Description (Italian)

A fellow tomato grower in my area passed some seeds along to me that were given to him several years ago by an old Italian gentleman. The Italian gentleman said it was his favourite. He grew out this variety every year and saved the seeds from his best, most flavourful tomatoes.
Unfortunately, he has since passed away. The name he wrote on the pill bottle was:
Pomadori A Cuore Sangueli
Being rather elderly when he passed the seeds along probably accounts for the spelling Pomadori with an "a" and not an"o"
My question is this the name he gave this variety or a description of it?
It is a large pink heart- up to 6" long 4" across. I tried to attach some pictures but it does not seem to work.....

I believe it is a varietal name, as a google search brings it up on a .pdf from Jeff Casey's store. It is a paste indeterminate according to his chart. Looks like Jeff sold a few of them this year locally as starts. Maybe he was trialing them? Hopefully Jeff will pop in and give us his impressions.

Jeff, I did a search when you first put up your post but was hoping that someone else might answer.

Anyway, here's what my Google search brought up

And from that I think maybe it is a description,not a varietal name and the sanguel, or root-form of that word means bloody/red since Pomodori was already used to refer to the fruit itself.
