Default What can I grow in small Greenhouse

I was wondering what I might be able to grow in a small greenhouse in the spring, summer, and fall? GH is a cheap 4 by 8. I live in zone 4b(Iowa) and summer temps are 70-80-90s for 3 months in the summer. In the summer I will have the ends open and cover the top, but I assume it will be hot inside and I do not plan to run fans.

If someone could give me some basic ideas of what can be grown that would be great.

thanks,

Dean

Hi Dean,
You should be able to get growing at least 2 months before the outdoor season begins and add another month to month and half in the fall. I have seeded as early as mid-February, usually it is March that I start of leafy green crops. Right now I have lots of leafy greens , Japanese long green onions, tomatoes in pots growing in my greenhouse right now. Vegies will stretch in the spring and fall as light levels are not strong enough for plants but it is not that big of a problem.
Basically, here is how I break up my growing season.
Spring and Fall- cool loving plants- leafy greens like lettuce, spinach etc.
Summer- heat loving plants- tomatoes, peppers etc.
