They look great, but it would be wretchedly to dig in them in the dirt, because they cost almost like my best shoes
The only way to use such cutties is for the way from Minsk to our dacha

Good looking shoes for gardening.

I bought a $10 pair of lace up sneakers that have next to no tread on them. When the sandy loam gets wet here - you track it everywhere.

Hopefully they won't keep your feet too hot...!

Seriously, though, crocs are great for the fact that they will last forever and can be worn into the shower or tossed in the sink for washing as needed.

A good pair of "water shoes" are fantastic.

I got them as a special treat for myself - usually wear flip flops for gardening in warm weather. I keep these for wet weather, morning dew in grass -- and my main purpose was in having some rain proof shoes I could wear with full rain gear. Yes, they would be too sweaty for constant work wear, I have the holed crocs also. Andrey - they are great for mud, no need to take care of them, they are one piece of plastic, and wash up like new.

You people garden in shoes with no protection?? Exposed heels & ankles, even flip flops??

I garden in sweat socks and closed-in shoes. Standing on a shovel in flip flops might break them in half. I'm not a dainty gardener.

That said, those crocs are cute.

Dee, these are too cute and too expensive to use them in the dirt
I've been wearing 2 simple models worth of 5-7$ in the garden for years

One for spring/fall:

and one for summer:

Both MADE in BELARUS

Andrey, those are very similar to Crocs - and there is another brand here too, a bit harder to find called Dawgs that also carries different models of soft plastic shoe. Are yours in Belarus called Frogs?

Nan, I sometimes end up going barefoot when I crawl around doing summer weeding, easier not to even have flip flops then. I love going barefoot and the feel of grass under my feet. If it's too chilly or I have to do digging or toe stubbing work, I wear closed crocks or running shoes. I have size 10 big feet, and also have a pair of men's heavy leather high top shoes for late fall work too, better made than the flimsy stylish choices in women's shoes.

You all live on level land? I about killed myself more than once wearing crocs, they are not good on a slippery slope. about the second accident they went in the trash never to used by me again. You all stay safe wearing them.
