Default Cilician Parsley

I had a Cilician parsley plant in a pot that did not make it through the winter outside. I had bought it from a vendor at the local vendor's market who specialized in rare heirloom plants. She retired at the end of last season, so I am hoping to find another source of plants or seeds.

The only commercial vendor I have found online is Heritage Harvest Seed, which is in Canada. Does it ship to the States? Nope.
