The first was a Juliet picked yeste4rday. Just *one* Juliet while others on the truss are still green. But still, it's a danged tomato.

A Juliet for me too. There are 2 other Juliets starting to ripen but not ready to pick. I sliced this one and ate it just now on a burger....delish! I like Juliet although it seems to get not so great reviews. It is bullet proof in my chilly summer garden and very VERY productive. My other varieties are way behind Juliet.

My first ripe tomato is a mystery. It was a nursery plant marked Pink Ping Pong, but it is potato leaf. Turns out it is a large pink cherry, but the first fruit was 3 oz., which is big for Pink Ping Pong. Fruit was ripe last week of May.

The first large tomato was Cosmonaut Volkov, a 12 oz fruit ripe first week of June. The second large tomato was Kellogg's Breakfast, which was also the first 1 lb. fruit, weighing in at 1 lb. 2 oz. in the second week of June. In third place is German Red Strawberry, which will be part of dinner tonight.

Still waiting on PBTD, Joe's Pink Oxheart and Rebel Yell.
