I've never worked with polycarb, but I have a little vibrating saw that is great for small cuts in plastic. I would think it would cut polycarb well. It's hard to make a long cut in a straight line, but it's great for notches and small cuts.

I am still getting used to the greenhouse and did not put a thermometer it in. It does raise the temperature and keep the plants sheltered from the wind and hail.
Since it is on the deck it lacks any real thermal mass to keep it warm at night like my other ones with rain barrels in them.
