I thought I had a bit of late season flea beetle damage on a couple of plants but looking closer they had teeny tiny caterpillars chewing away at the leaf surfaces (top and bottom) they didn't go clear through, but left "windows". There were lots of them, 1 per leaflet, on many leaves, and did a lot of damage in a couple of days - looked like somebody sandpapered the leaves. The worms are not green, more of a nondescript gray/clear, but too small to really see well (1/4" is a big one). I probably killed 30-40 on two plants.

Anybody know what these things are?

I had those on my tomatoes last year and I just picked them off the best I could. No sign of them this season...knock on wood.
