Sometimes you can find those bonsai snipper things, very small tong like but with a scissors type blades? They are cheap normally, and make great cutters for tight spots or tiny things, such as cherry/current tomatoes.

Stops you from tearing the current tomatoes and clipping them goes a bit quicker.
