Using photos without permission and ignoring requests to take them down is illegal.

You're happy to share your photography with a commercial website. Not everyone else here is happy with brazen theft.

I've been getting threatening emails from them for months. I've only posted a few of the many. In them I've been called Hitler and a Nazi, among other offensive terms. Along with others here, I also tried to reason with them... but that cannot be done with unreasonable people.

Actually this law was from years ago, Penny can use photo's to show what the plants will look like. Put when she sells seed, she cannot use your shots!!!

Folks, I think everyone needs some good night sleep.

Let's not do what we may regret about later. Community is a very powerful thing, it can easily distort one's view and judgement. We need to stop and think about what we are doing here. It is better done with a clear head.

All well and good for the people who are not affected financially. The "head in the sand" attitude is great but in the meantime the site is making money and still copying images, still falsifying info and blatantly in denial of such. Nail them to the wall and let the site operate like all the other "honest hard working" vendors out there. Now the site is on F-Book supporting a new line of "Dwarf tomatoes". Makes me sick.

I have copied some decriptions (no pictures) from Tat's site. Is that wrong? I use them for my own personal use not a website. Though when trading I copy and paste my master list for referance for others. I want to do some better pics next year, and if needed upload them to Tat's site.

I hope Tat doesn't have a problem I used her site since it is one of the top databases out there.
