Default Sad Sac Continues ...

Hello All ~
The only reason I head over the the "other place"
these days is to check on the Sad Sac threads,
Dwarf Project, Earls Doom
(bummer about the buds Earl),
some other off topic convos (Carolyns Health) ,
and enjoy pop-up banners about Mac & Cheese (not) etc ~

I just wanted to start this thread here to
continue the Sad Sac thread / grow out -

I have good news for the grow out -
after 5 days of nothing germinating ...
(well some herbs but they don't count, lol)-
I peaked under the plastic hood this morning
to find in one of the peats :
2 Sad Sac seedlings !

I am pretty stoked , as I'm $258.00 richer this morning as
thats what I read the going rate is for 2 plants
these days ! I almost called out of work!

I have to tell you though, $129 per plant
is pretty cheap here in NJ ,
(you know that JerseyJohn)
so if we do sell them they're
going for no less than $175 a plant ! lol ~
and def. $75 for seed ~ with 100% germination guarantee,
or will replace the seed ~

Hey Bully ?
I think I can go out on the road and sell for Bully Farms-
be like a modern day traveling M.C. Byles (I'm sure you guys have heard of the
housing boom in NJ, minus the skills he had to breed his OWN tomatoes,
live on a hill or have a radiator buiz., more so to pay the mortgage ! lol)

I'd be some kind of outside sales rep for Bully Farms ~
We'd make a killing here in NJ ~

I'll work for a low base pay
(as I hear thats the going rate) ; lol ;
and just keep 75% of the commish
and send the other 25% for future projects
aka "all you can eat seafood buffets" and
"beer funds" !!!
Who do I send my paper work to ?

~ lol ~

~ Tom

You're hired...I will have to pay you out of Duane's future profits however.

I have been debatting on whether to start the official thread under the research and development forum.
seems it would be the logical spot.

The format here will be a 100 times easier here than at Gweb. With the edit button I will be able to update peoples entries and weights and keep the info current, on the same thread and at the top.
At gweb I would have had to start a new post every time I wanted to list a persons entry and weight and it would have made it confusing to read.

After Mischka got banned there, I decided against posting a big Sad Sac thread saying that the new home for Sad Sac was here at Tville.( who said coward?.. )
I have everyone's email, so I'll get off my "★★★" and send out a big letter with a link for them to find us.

I was gonna joke about how I got Tville and Gweb in a bidding war for the exclusive " Official Home of Sad Sac" rights but then I thought with my luck they would both take it seriously and both would ban me

I'd be all by myself over at the soil underground

Just an FYI here ...
The Sad Sac thread has found
a home in the R&D forum ...

It would take a LOT more than making a joke to get you banned here.

The double super-secret Team Tomatoville® group here is responsible for deciding who gets banished to outside of the city limits.

We are a more of a democracy here than a totalitarian dictatorship.

With this in mind, the Sad Sac project should be kept at both sites. There are folks that for one reason or another have not joined us here. It wouldn't be fair to leave them behind with the ★★★★★★★s at that ★★★★ing ★★★★★★★ run piece of ★★★★ GW site.

One last word of farewell, Dear Master and Mistress.

Whenever you visit my grave,

say to yourselves with regret

but also with happiness in your hearts

at the remembrance of my long happy life with you:

"Here lies one who loved us and whom we loved."

No matter how deep my sleep I shall hear you,

and not all the power of death

can keep my spirit

from wagging a grateful tail.

I have a feeling that all posts concerning Sad Sac will soon disappear, only to be found some future date at a Roswell web site - or a zone 7 MD chicken farm earning a blue ribbon at the State Fair.
