I've been letting them get ripe, just not dead, nigh unto rotten ripe. Apparently this one needs to get nigh unto rotten ripe to be good. :wink:

I usually prefer my tomatoes not quite reach the mushy stage, but this one seems better if a little on the mushy side. Live and learn. Green Grape needs to be very ripe to be at its best too, but not quite so far along as Black Cherry, and I prefer my Sungold less than dead ripe. Practice I guess.
