Default Filling in space with peas?

Hi all-

I'm starting to think about planting fall crops. I don't think I will have space for a row of peas, but I had an idea I want to get opinions on.

I have a few spaces where seeds didn't come up- particularly among the edamame. It's a bit late to sow more soybeans. Could I toss a 2-4 peas in each of these spaces?

Thanks for any feedback!

Sounds like a good idea to me. I haven't grown soybeans, but I've done that and stuff like lettuce in blank spots amongst beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, flowers...
