Default Tomatoe seedlings yellow???

I've only been gardening for a couple years but I start everything from seed but this year I started alot more in peat pots. A handful of them tho look really yellow and some dont. No difference in treatment really. Only thing I can think is nitrogen deficiency I don't think I'm overwatering. Any help would be great thanks.
