My luck with hearts has not been that great here in Texas, but that could do with the varieties I grew, and it was a very rainy year.

robert i havent had any luck growing hearts eather i think its a texas thing.i did have good luck with russian 117 that worth hooked me up with last year it was the biggest plant in my garden and covered in big great tasting hearts so im going to keep trying new hearts to find the ones that will grow good down hear.this year its heshpole good luck

Peter sent me seeds back about 2006/2007, as I supplied him with several Hawaiian varieties. What a Canadian wanted with Hawaiian varieties, I don't know. Maybe it's the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence? Anyway, I never grew it out, traded it away, and now it comes back about a decade later.

I'm with you, this one sounds to die for....

Emailed Tania for seed availability and she is all out for the season.
Will be growing it herself to replenish her seed supply for next year.
Have been unable to find it listed or referred to anywhere else.

I will make a point of remembering to look for this for next year, 2018.

My Shannon's had a good year. Some nice big ones! Saving all of the for Shannon's only sauce! Great classic taste.
