I'd be interested to know how Monika does in a greenhouse. It's parthenocarpic and sets a lot of female flowers to start with (in my experience), but it is an open-pollinated and/or heirloom variety; so apparently, it must produce male flowers eventually, too. I imagine my saved seeds from it were pollinated by another variety (non-parthenocarpic), though (probably and hopefully Beit Alpha). Monika is quite early, in my experience, and tastes good even when mature. It didn't hold up to our hot and dry summer weather as well as Beit Alpha (although it did set fruit in the heat); so, I wonder.

The link I gave mentioned how introducing pollinators can allow for seed production. It also mentions growing them under glass, but I haven't tried it in a greenhouse, myself.
