Default Chili Poppin' Mamas.

Chili Poppin' Mamas.

This one deserves it's own thread you have to try this.
It is chili flakes of Arbol and Guajillo.
Smoked salt mine is from Mexico.
A slice of Habanero and some lime.
Take small bit sized tomatoes cut in half and set them face down in the flakes and then set the Habanero on top and sprinkle everything with the salt.
Let set for awhile before serving.
Instructions on how to eat.
Put whole Poppin' Mamma in your mouth start to chew and then eat one of the lime slices with it by striping off the rind with your teeth.
Then have a drink.

This will increase your beer sales by 75%.

It is fun.
I ate all six of them including all of the limes.
It made the Fat Tire Ale taste like some sort of sweet drink.
The last three I sprinkled a bit of sugar on.
The only thing I can think of that would have made it better is some bitter oil cured olives and some saltine crackers.
I am pretty sure I got my vitamin C intake for the day.

Salt it wasn't stupid hot but it was a little hot.
Maybe I have burned my mouth out or something.
I cant imagine someone that has never eaten peppers before eating one.
It will kill them.
But anyone that has ate jalapenos would do just fine and like it.
