Go to a local Hydroponics store. They usually have the ~good stuff~ - promix, extra coarse vermiculite, etc. Are you planning to screen it so you're not putting dust it. For a 15G, I would easily see you adding 4 inches of this, mixed in, just to help aerate the the MG mix.
Better off going to a Feed and Seed store, if there is any in your area. Hydophonics
store are usually way more expensive. At least the one here is.
