Anything new on the mushroom front? I was wandering thru grocery store the other day and saw a bunch of different kinds of oysters. Got me wondering how successful taking some of the stem bottoms would be to start new cultures. Contamination seems to be an issue from what I read.

I just bought and downloaded "Let's grow Mushrooms" ($9 for the digital versions) just for giggles. Some clever ideas in it.

None of my plugged logs have produced anything yet. Maybe in the spring?
