Default When to start

I was wondering when I should start my seeds in ct. If anyone can point me to where I can get the average dates of the last frost. It would be much appreciated.

Where you live, you want to plant out between May 15-30'th. I start seeds according to the moon and the constellations, like our ancestors 2000+ years ago. Sow seeds this year then on 3/23 or 3/24 for best results.
Otherwise, start seeds in the 3 days before the full moon on March 29 for quick germination. I've had germination in 24 hours by sowing tomato seed a day before the full moon. Of course it was in my furnace room where it is usually 85 degrees, but all other times it took 3-4 days.
