Use It or Wait?
Yesterday, I was able to spay some insecticide on the plants to try to keep the hungry grasshoppers away. We are on day two of the 2 day break from rains. Tomorrow starts 5 days forecasted 30-60% chances of rains each day. This leads to my question:
Would spraying Daconil on the plants this evening be a waste? |

Robert, if you decide to spray, spend most of your time on the undersides of the leaves. And not heavy spraying. I've thought about what I'd do and decided that I might thin down the Daconil mixture a bit to stretch it out some.
As you might know, I'm a big proponent for "preventative" work in the garden. Good luck with weather.

Thank you Ted. I just came in from yard work and they are now saying the rain is likely to start tonight. I'm going to spay using your advice.
