Default Ate my first fruits yesterday

My eggplants are not keeping very well in the refrigerator, but I'm guessing it would be even worse out of the refrigerator, (from the responses I got to my other thread). So I cooked up what I had last night before it went bad. It was one Ping Tung and one Thai Long Green, and I stir fried them with some Indian spices. YUM! Even shriveled, they were quite delicious! Now I'm looking forward to getting more. As luck would have it, this time I think I will have 3-4 ready to pick at about the same time. So hopefully there will be less shrivel problems. Now I can't wait!

Bravo... they are so versatile.

And after growing them then buying them in recent (winter) days I have found the commercial ones have no flavour.

Good eggie eatin'
