When you are out of town during harvest time

cukes get FAT



and tall! I am hoping that that Poona Kheera reaches 20 ft!. At the moment it is at 13 feet.



I was out of town for 8 days .. Had taken out all the small cukes before I left. My alternate harvest picker and alternate-alternate harvest picker were both out of town .. (That darned eclipse!)

Maybe just me,but I wouldn't wonder how TALL the plants got,I'd worry that the fruits got over ripe and would be mushy inside.

And yes,I have grown Poona Kheera.
