So true Anne. Those few weeks before diseases and pests begin to take a toll are so nice. I am at that stage also with my garden but a little behind you and I just love walking along looking at the bright green, relatively bug free and disease free plants. Soon the temperatures will get much higher and the pressure from all the things that make gardening difficult will rise with them. May those conditions be delayed as long as possible.
