Default White unripened sections inside tomatoes

I grow 8 typical plant varieties (Better Boy, Roma, Celebrity, etc) in 10-gallon containers/ProMix and all have done well. My problem is white sections that don't ripen. I use Dr Earth fertilizer and CalMag supplement. I have not had a disease problem this year (Atlanta). I only spray with copper and Daconil fungicide. The white unripened sections are on the stem end of the first 2-3 slices. Otherwise, the flavor is great.
Thanks for any help/recommendations.
