Not to thread-jack here, but yeah, leave the skin on and eat it too. They're mild, but about 1 in 10 have a little kick to them.

Hot item in the DFW Tx area in restaurants. $9.00 a lb. if you can find them. I have about 20 plants and eat them fresh or sautéed.

I bought mine from Kitazawa Seed Co. Obviously I think they were worth every dime - and they had Kamo eggplant, too!

I got mine from Tradewinds, on a whim. Glad to see they're so yummy! I have four seedlings going, very much looking forward to roasting and serving along with edamame and beer!

I've never heard of them but now I want to plant them next year! :-) My list is getting LOOOONG!
Do you have a picture of them in your garden? How big is the plant? I grow using 5-gallon SIP buckets so I'm wondering how many plants I can get in 1 bucket and about trellising requirements and such. Thanks! :-)

Mine about 18 in tall. Peppers are wrinkled and 2 or 3 inches long. They have a thin skin which is good for sautéing . I bought my seed from Kitazawa.

I'll get a picture for you later today (have to be gone most of the day today). For an experiment, I grew one in the ground and one in a 5 gallon bucket. So far the in-ground plant is larger and more productive, but the bucket grown one is doing fine, also.
