Speaking of ornamentals, if any of you would like to point out the ornamentals in the above list, it would be a great help. Not all peppers in the swap have descriptions.

I already have two pepper sponsor's as it stands now. So i'm not even sure if i can request these below. However I do have interest in these as well and would love to grow them out. Along with what my sponsors sent as well on the super hots & hots. I do feel like i'm being greedy tho. I am not use to this sort of thing. Maybe I have turned into my mother as she would go crazy playing the slots in Atlantic City. Slot monster that is...

Alma Paprika
Apple Pimento
Hungarian Wax
Italian Pepperoncini
Jimmy Nardello
Leutschauer Paprika
Long Red Cayenne
Pepperocini
Peter Pepper
Pimento
Stavros Pepperocini
Vigne doux Pimento

I must say all of the people & peppers here are off the hook! Yous guys and gals rock!

Thanks
Bill

Bill,

I can't speak for your sponsors (they may have made up their own rules), but a sponsor usually sends in 10 packs of one variety of tomato, or pepper, etc...for you to enter a "category".

So, you will now get back ~10 different varieties of peppers for each sponsor. You're at 20 varieties, or more, since I don't yet know if the sponsors sent in more than 1 variety.

If I'm just adding to the confusion, just ignore this message and wait for your poo pile, butt load, etc.. of varieties to arrive in the mail.

All of mine are suitable for eating but the Chinese 5 Color is also ornamental. The Inca Red Drop and Pitelca go from green to red, but if you find that decorative, the fruits are small enough to be a sort of ornamental. The Pitelca plant is especially small and easy-care.

I didn't isolate and my peppers were miserably crossed already so I didn't save any this year. I'll be growing very few varieties and only from original seed next summer.

I'd like to grow and replenish seed stock if available:
Sweet Piquante Peppadew
and try new:
Shi_it..to

Thanks, Tormato and pepper senders!

I sent in 10 hots for MrSalvage. It was listed above the list of peppers I sent in.

Bolivian Rainbow is also an ornamental.

Also for anyone looking for info on Korean Long Green. I got the seeds from someone local about 5 years ago. Her and her husband are into Korean food and so she gave me a bunch of "Korean" vegetable types. This is the main one I have grown. It may be the same as Chungyang Red Pepper or might just be a generic Korean pepper. It grows about 6" long, thin walled, ripens red. There are pics on the packets that I sent in. The ruler is cut off in the pic, but each mark is an inch.

I looked through the list. I didn't find info on some, a couple spelled differently, and did not look up the super-hots. I found a few more that are at least thought of as ornamentals and added one that isn't necessarily considered ornamental - but always will be my family's eyes. = *

Aurora
Bolivian Rainbow
Chinese 5 Color
Inca Red Drop

(Possibly Alma Paprika) Not enough info yet. I would like to grow it at some time.

* Tabasco. It has green, yellow, orange, and red peppers all at the same time for over 120 days here in Texas. It is also my av picture over there <<<

Gary, there is one that I would like to add to my wish list if there are any still available.

Pinot Noir F1
