Default Leaf Curl - need for concern?

From the much - beloved search button, it appears that leaf curl is not a major issue and that it could be caused by too much of anything...

My curl is on several of my peppers, but I'm sure tomato curl advice is the same, so perhaps you can suggest a treatment?

Someone suggested epsom salts for magnesium, but there seems to be no improvement....

Whilst leaf curl is usually not a problem and the peppers out grow it, it can also be a sign of aphids. Check your plants carefully.
