Default Cactus Flats 2018.

The start of a new year and a new thread for this years garden adventures.
I picked up five mortgage lifter plants really seven because two of the containers has two plants in them.
And four ghost pepper plants.
By the way the redbuds just started blooming.
Spring has hit my part of Texas.

It has hit here too. I've been noticing green patches today, daylilies are blooming, and the elm trees look like they'll have leaves soon. Even the oak trees have that look to them.

I'm glad you're getting started early this year. More Ghost peppers? You need to try some of the 7 Pot and Fatalii varieties, they have more flavor. I'll see what I have left and send you some.

Do you want some seeds from those monster Okra trees I bought last year? Remember these?

Thanks for the offer Rajun but not going to grow okra this year.
Freezer is full of it.
Not for sure what I will grow.

I just cant believe I found ghost pepper plants for $1.50 each.
Which reminds me I need to go out and check on them and give the plants a wee bit of fertilizer.

Yeah. You lose some of that. Particularly with regard to relatives. But then you get to spy on them too...

If there might be a snake under a rock I choose to not lift the rock.
Been there done that.

YEP. Fred I saw your post today and thought of this thread.

I hang and post in groups so my Biznes isn't all over my personal page and when I get bored I'm all about Trump and troll for kicks. It amazingly ridiculous the comments I see on the good things the Prez has accomplished. We have some crazy people that raised crazy kids, Lord Help Us... AMEN!
