Default Small white insect

I need some help indentifying a small white bug on my tomatoes. At first I thought someone in the area had burned something, and the ashes had settled on my tomatoes, but upon further inspection, it wasn't ashes. The bugs don't seem to be harming the plants. There aren't holes or any other damage, they just seem to like it there. I haven't taken any pictures yet, but they are so small, they might not show up anyway. Any ideas??

Yes, I am guessing White Flies. They suck on the bottom of the leaves. You can use an organic soap but make sure your plant has been watered. Lift each leaf and spray then repeat in a few days. Maybe someone else can chime in.-Rena
