Lime Green Salad - Mass of blooms

This is my first time with this one. I am really impressed with the of number blossoms. It has a few fruit already set but it's the blossoms that are photo worthy.This picture did not capture all of the blooms they nearly wrap around the plant.

By the way which is correct blossoms or blooms

Dang. That is super cool. There sure are a lot of "flowers" on that plant.

I will definitely give it a try next year.

Am envious, Tim! I got a really late start on planting my own garden (too busy ensuring others got things to plant in theirs!) - just finished getting all of my plants in early this morning - so it will be good to watch your progress as I remain patient for mine!

Are Tim's LGS typical?

Mine look really good, but haven't bloomed yet.

Are LGS typically that multifloral? Hope so!

Very nice looking plant, I have so many I want to try, But as the plans i made last year didn't happen whatever I have is what I will plant )

Yes, Lime Green Salad is an avid bloomer and fruiter. And, for such a high ratio of fruit to foliage, the flavor is excellent.

Thanks for the photo. For some reason I was envisioning smaller, elongated or egg shaped tomatoes. Thanks for letting us know what to look for.

Hi Suze,

Quite a few of them did set. The plant is loaded and many are hidden by the foliage.

Can't wait to try them
