Default Cyril's Choice

Has anyone grown Cyril's Choice?

Apparently, they are early, dwarf (up to 2' tall, so good for containers) a productive red cherry, originally from England.

Thanks Linda. I found the thread. Don't know why I didn't find very much when I Googled it.

I grew them last season, Linda, and can tell you that this variety stayed short, tasted very good and really set a lot of fruit when I grew it super-early in the ground. My pics & comments were posted here in post #4.

Thanks for the link Kath,

I'm going to HAVE to add Cyril's Choice to my list of tomatoes to grow this summer!

I very much enjoyed reading your thread too. Lots of great pictures and info there!

Linda

You're very welcome, Linda, and thank you! If I were going to continue growing extra-early small tomatoes in containers, this is definitely the one because it's the best of the ones I've tried.

I will be planting them this season.

Me, too- at this point all it takes is hearing that the temps will be in the 50's this week to give me hope that spring is on it's way. I choose to ignore the fact that it's 4 degrees right now.
