Thanks Reed. I'll be looking forward to your photos and review. This year I have 6 new Basque tomatoes and a very very rare Spanish pepper on the growlist. I'm excited. Leaving for France on the 10th of February until the 24th so any orders in that time period will have a delay on mailing out. Thanks everyone!!

Glad I got my order in before you leave for your trip. Such a unique selection of seeds, I thought I had my list down, until I saw that picture of Marmande Garnier Rouge.... and your peppers! Am trying Doux Des Landes Basque and the Piquillo Lodosa Basque.
I do love this time of year!

Glad to hear it Dax. Marmande Garnier Rouge is one of my absolute favorite tomatoes. Not only beautiful to look at but super productive and soooo good. Doux des Landes is a great pepper.

Wow! Is that the Piquillo? So cool! I entered the fair last week but our's doesn't start until July 29th. Congratulations. That made my heart feel good. :-)

Yes, it is the Piquillo! I was so excited, it made me so happy. I never enter contests like this. My husband is an artist, he missed the deadline for the fair, so he convinced me that I had to represent our family.

I'm really enjoying growing the seeds I got from you last winter.

Terry

I'm loving my honeydrop cherries, marmande garnier rouge, and spudatula black that I ordered from you. Photos to come soon.

Makes my heart feel good that all the seeds are doing well for everyone. I totally understand how good that feels. This year I entered the cherry tomatoes and Best show of tomatoes. Jennifer please post photos for sure. I can't wait!

What's BKX? Tania says simply this: "Discovered in a field of Black Krims by a man in Texas."

Why is it superior to BK?

BKX is supposed to be Black Krim potato leaf. An improved version because it's reported to have less of a tendency for the fruit to crack. Also potato leaf plants are thought to have a greater disease resistance. This together with the same or better Black Krim flavor. I need to know!

Thank you! Will do!

Planning to grow BKX and Black Krim this spring. I've been wanting to try this one for a couple of years! So I'm happy to find it!
