Default How to Increase Fruit Setting on Tomatoes

I recently read an article on the International Ag Labs website about fruit setting. I got interested in this site after following a link provided by Ami, who is an active member on this site. Lots of good info from this site as well.
On this site they recommend using 2 cups of vinegar, 1 cup of Bopeep Ammonia, and 5 gallons of water and sprinkle lightly over the plants and soil. This step may have to be repeated two or three times to get the job done. This combination of ingredients is supposed to help plants to increase the number of sets and keep the plant fruiting. I'm assuming that they use this method instead of adding something like a super phosphate during the fruiting period. Not quite sure how, or if this works because I've never tried this procedure. According to the article, this combination will provide much more fruit sets and increase tomato yields. Has anyone tried this before?
