Thank you everyone folks.
Ella the fish looks fantastic and is only one of two ways I will eat salon.
I love salted smoked salmon done right.
I think I might make some with some red sockeye the king of salmon.
The other salmon patties.

A few years ago my wife came home with some canned pink salmon and I complained.
I said hold on I will be right back and came home with red sockeye.
We then had a little taste test.
Red sockeye won hands down.
The Pistola is an old Taurus PT 92.
I have heard good and bad about them.
Mine has never failed through hundreds of rounds.

I have set it on sand bags and shot a man sized silhouette 100 yards away 9 times in the neck, the tenth was little low.
This was with open sights in front of about 5 police officers.

One night I was woke up due to a fight in the front yard where I used to live.
A guy was beating his girl friend on the ground and she was beating him back.
I stepped outside and very calmly walked up to about ten feet away and fired twice in the ground at my feet.
The fight stopped like fast.
They both looked at me and I said break it up.
They said you didn't have to shoot at us.
I told them if I was shooting at you you would feel it I'm just getting your attention.
They said well sir you sure did that.
You are keeping me up go fight some place else.
They got in the car and left fight over and no cops.
My wife knew me and wasn't even worried about the gun shots.
I have wild mean dog and cat killing animals that come through here at night that is why I keep one out.

I was just teasing you about shooting the sandwich! Hope I didn't offend. My neighbors (hunters, skeet shooters, gun collectors) are all so heavily armed they could repel a small invasion, so guns don't bother me. I am not always as funny as I think I am sadly.

The sandwich had mayonnaise and orange marmalade on it.

Guns are fun! Those Beretta 92 are solid.

I'm gonna go shoot a few rounds this weekend at the range. I usually buy a poster of JBieber or something along those lines and it becomes very enjoyable. A couple of boxes of .38 and .357 on a revolver is more than enough to get the...how shall we call them...non-constructive feelings out.

Gerardo I used to work on several police officers fire arms and other peoples too.By doing this I had to test fire them to make sure they worked right.
I would do this on Sundays at the gun club.
I lived in a very bad neighbor hood to say the least.
On one Sunday I had my old 73 Plymouth Satellite packed to the gills with fire arms.
There must have been 30 or 40 guns in the car.
I had to stop by the house and pick my wife up and being the law biding citizen I am I had to stop at a stop sign.
At this stop sign was a woman of the evening, street walker/crack addict thing selling her wears so to speak.

Well she came up to my car and said something like Hi baby you want to have-------.
She stopped dead in her tracks and just stared into the car mouth wide open and eyes bugged out and said, I dont know what you want but I dont want a %$^&(* thing you got and ran off as fast as she could.

I remember when you would see gun racks on the back window in pickups along with a shotgun or a rifle. You don't see that anymore.

In post #1492, I actually fell asleep during my reply. I overdid it yesterday getting the tomatoes and peppers in before the arctic blast. Yesterday was shorts and t shirt weather. Today, I don't even want to look outside much less go out there. It's cold with 30+ mph winds.

I never cared for them someone I knew years ago was killed by a shotgun that flew off the rack and went off.
I had two in my old K5 Blazer and could carry 8 guns at one time and did every time I went to see my brother 300 miles away.
But they were not loaded.

Salt after I sent you the PM I got a text so I called them back and was on the phone for some time.
It seems I will not be cooking thanksgiving at my house and will be going some place else.
But I was asked to bring some deviled eggs one of my hams some orange marmalade and a few other goodies.
I ended staying up till almost one in the morning hauling tools in the garage I am so glad I did.
My old Skilsaw is about 35 years old and I paid a lot of money for it.
It says made in the USA on it and was THE professional contractor saw to buy at the time.
You cannot buy this saw anymore and I wont let anyone use it.
The last and only time I did was years ago and they cut the #$%^ cord in half on the first cut.

It has served me well and the last thing I needed is for it to get rained on.

My father used the professional model Skilsaws up until the 80's.

The first one he bought back in the 60's when he first began building, lasted until the late 70's, the one he bought to replace it only lasted a few years. Starting in the 80's the saw would build 1 large house, or 2 small houses before it quit.

In 1989 we started a rather large house with a brand new Skil professional. We got the subfloor down and the saw quit, dad went and got another just like it. We got the rafters up before that one quit. At that point I talked my dad into buying one of the newest saws on the shelves around here; a Makita. That was back when Makita saws were made in Japan, and the quality compared to the best of the older USA made tools. We still us Makita circular saws to this day, but they are made in China now.
