Default Is this a vining squash?

I found this growing in a 4 x 4 garden box of Poinsett 76 Cucumbers tonight. Could it possibly be some type of vining squash or is it just a common gourd. I have never grown gourds or vining squash before, so it must has been in the packet of cucumber seed. It has grown from one side of the box up the teepee type trellis that I had in the cucumbers and now come back down the other side. The cucumbers are about gone, but this vine is green and beautiful.

Thanks,
Deborah
