Default Is Indigo Sun Op? Question on grafted plants

How or where can I find out if Indigo Sun is OP?

What happens if you save seeds from grafted tomato plants, will they grow true?

Indigo sun is a hybrid.

Grafted plants breed true, if the top is OP.
