Default Mexican Sour Gherkins.......what do you do with

Seems I have several of these little guys and have no idea what to do with them. How are they supposed to be used? Thanks, Patty

Other recipes to the right. Since the Mexican Sour Gherkin Cucumbers are small; just slice them downwards lenghtwise. You may have to wait a few days for more to fall off the vine to do a batch, so keep the them in the fridge.
